Ron Arad, en la entrevista realizada por la revista Proyecto Contract de Casa Viva.

Ron Arad, architect, designer and artist, is, after more than a 30 years career spent constantly evolving, one of the most outstanding designer on an international scale. Interviewed by the magazine Proyecto Contract of Casa Viva on the occasion of the new retrospective exhibition of its work in Madrid, he has been asked his opinion on the Spanish design and architecture.

Arad, who personally knows lots of very skilled Spanish designers and architects, highlights, among others, Javier Mariscal, Nani Marquina, Enric Miralles, Carmen Pinós… and the students that had been trained in the CEU Cardenal Herrera University of Valence, especially those he personally  met while he was teaching in the Royal College of Art of London.

Héctor Serrano, Luis Eslava, Quique Miñarro, Jorge Díez… are one of those brilliant students Ron Arad remembers and are today internationally renowned designers.

All of them are still strongly linked to the Superior School of Technical Teachings of the CEU-UCH, as professors or as guests in workshops or in other training activities.
