Para que un piloto sea completo, debe saber compaginar estudios, cuidar su imagen en redes sociales y llevar lo mejor posible la rutina diaria, en la que se incluye un entrenamiento t\u00e9cnico, f\u00edsico y mental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">H\u00e9ctor Garz\u00f3, actual piloto en el Campeonato Europeo de Moto2 en el \u201c<span class=\"Ninguno\"><i>Team\u201d<\/i><\/span> CNS Motorsport, cuenta con un gran equipo de profesionales respald\u00e1ndole d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Garz\u00f3n se ha alzado con el subcampeonato mundial junior de moto3 (FIM CEV). Abel Roig Carceller act\u00faa como asistente personal, entrenador personal y manager. Juanmi Iborra como community manager, Sergio Mic\u00f3 como fisio y Jos\u00e9 Campillo y Antonio Molina son quienes asisten los entrenamientos no oficiales junto con el equipo de motor UPV. H\u00e9ctor Garz\u00f3 comenta: \u201cEstoy muy contento por haber ascendido de categor\u00eda a Moto2, ahora toca mantener la cabeza fr\u00eda y con trabajo y sacrificio acabar\u00e1n por salir los resultados que tanto yo como el equipo esperamos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">\u00a0La labor que desempe\u00f1a el equipo es complementario al trabajo diario del piloto, es el factor clave para una buena puesta en pista y especialmente importante es la relaci\u00f3n que debe tener el corredor con el resto del equipo.
