La propuesta se llama \u201c<strong>Tu paladar, nuestros colores\u201d<\/strong> y busca unir la alta cocina con la pintura de Ripoll\u00e9s mediante un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n formado por 9 platos que interpretan 9 obras del artista.\u00a0 Y con una visi\u00f3n global, puesto que cada uno de los estudiantes procede de un pa\u00eds diferente.<\/p>\n<p>El pintor, adem\u00e1s, ha llevado\u00a0a Gasma, el campus gastron\u00f3mico de la Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera, las\u00a0obras que han servido de hilo conductor para la original propuesta de los alumnos. Y ha pintado sus\u00a0chaquetillas.<\/p>\n<p>Ripoll\u00e9s ha asegurado que esta iniciativa le ha dado \u201camplitud de miras, puesto que nunca me hab\u00edan planteado un reto de este calibre. En el fondo, todo es arte. La cocina es arte, y arte con arte es una buena tortilla\u201d. El artista castellonense ha destacado \u201cla armon\u00eda imaginativa de los alumnos que, a partir de los colores primarios, han hecho un ejercicio maravilloso de creatividad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Los alumnos han vestido las chaquetillas pintadas por Ripoll\u00e9s durante la cena que han servido en las instalaciones de Gasma ante un jurado formado por prestigiosos profesionales del sector que han evaluado su proyecto final. No sabemos a\u00fan la nota. Est\u00e9ticamente, la batalla est\u00e1 ganada.
