Instituido por\u00a0<strong>Le Cordon Bleu<\/strong>, este certamen\u00a0se dirige\u00a0a cocineros de hasta 25 a\u00f1os que cursan su \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de formaci\u00f3n en una escuela o universidad espa\u00f1ola y\u00a0beca con\u00a023.000 euros al ganador.\u00a0En la pr\u00f3xima fase, el estudiante del CEU competir\u00e1\u00a0con otros 50 j\u00f3venes cocineros de toda Espa\u00f1a, de los que solo 10 llegar\u00e1n a la final que se celebrar\u00e1 en Madrid el 20 abril.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de estar en semifinales en uno de los galardones\u00a0gastron\u00f3micos m\u00e1s importantes de Espa\u00f1a, este joven colombiano iniciar\u00e1 en breve un stage de tres meses en <strong>Quique Dacosta Restaurante en D\u00e9nia<\/strong>, el \u00fanico de toda la Comunitat\u00a0con tres estrellas Michelin.<\/p>\n<p>Nacido en Bogot\u00e1 hace 25 a\u00f1os, Camilo Vargas lleg\u00f3 a Gasma, el campus gastron\u00f3mico del CEU, para cursar el M\u00e1ster en Gastronom\u00eda tras\u00a0trabajar durante seis a\u00f1os\u00a0en la cocina de un hotel de cinco estrellas de la capital colombiana y\u00a0ser el segundo de a bordo del Restaurante <strong>Mi Cocina<\/strong>, especializado en la cocina de su pa\u00eds natal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Camilo Vargas, que est\u00e1 en semifinales del\u00a0prestigioso galard\u00f3n, inicia en breve sus pr\u00e1cticas en el restaurante de Quique Dacosta.
