Hacia la transici\u00f3n ambiental y el desarrollo sostenible<\/strong>\u201d (TED2021-130879B-C22),financiado en la <strong>convocatoria 2021 de Proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos orientados a la transici\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica y a la transici\u00f3n digital<\/strong> de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este foro internacional de expertos, celebrado en Salerno, Italia, el profesor de la CEU UCH ha presentado la ponencia Analysis of thermal development during curing and mechanical characterization of nanomodified adhesives based on in-mould induction heating system (F. S\u00e1nchez, L.Cano, A.Sakalyte, L. Domenech, V.Garc\u00eda, M.Iba\u00f1ez<em>).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan explica el <strong>profesor Fernando S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, la demanda mundial de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica est\u00e1 impulsando la fabricaci\u00f3n de palas de turbina cada vez m\u00e1s grandes, lo que alarga los tiempos de producci\u00f3n. Este estudio analiza c\u00f3mo el uso de <strong>nanopart\u00edculas que generan calor por inducci\u00f3n<\/strong> puede acortar la prolongada fase de curado durante el ensamblaje y uni\u00f3n de las palas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas nanopart\u00edculas incrementan la <strong>reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de auto-calentamiento en adhesivos epoxi<\/strong>, posibilitando una colocaci\u00f3n precisa de precursores reactivos para crear uniones compuestas directamente en el sitio. Por otro lado, el <strong>calentamiento por inducci\u00f3n<\/strong> utiliza campos electromagn\u00e9ticos de alta frecuencia para calentar materiales receptores incrustados justo en la l\u00ednea de uni\u00f3n, mejorando localmente el proceso de curado. Esto permite un calentamiento preciso, reduce el riesgo de sobrecalentamiento en partes cercanas y elimina la necesidad de conexiones el\u00e9ctricas directas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, se explora la integraci\u00f3n de polvos magn\u00e9ticos adhesivos como susceptores, cuya temperatura m\u00e1xima est\u00e1 limitada por la Curie, permitiendo as\u00ed un proceso de calentamiento controlado adecuado a las necesidades del adhesivo. Se propone dise\u00f1ar un modelo de elementos finitos que prediga el <strong>comportamiento t\u00e9rmico de la capa adhesiva durante el curado<\/strong>, combinando ecuaciones de transferencia de calor y cin\u00e9tica de curado. Se desarrolla un prototipo de laboratorio del dispositivo de inducci\u00f3n y del proceso de uni\u00f3n, evaluando si esta tecnolog\u00eda puede ampliarse para la producci\u00f3n industrial de palas de aerogeneradores.
