C&#8217;est ce que pense <\/span><\/em><\/strong><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Alberto Zapatera<\/strong><\/span><\/em><strong><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">, professeur et <\/span><\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/medios.uchceu.es\/actualidad-ceu\/premiados-tres-proyectos-innovadores-de-magisterio-de-la-ceu-uch-de-elche\/?_adin=11265940693\"><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>chercheur en pens\u00e9e math\u00e9matique<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/a><strong><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">, qui revendique l&#8217;apprentissage de l&#8217;alg\u00e8bre d\u00e8s la primaire, et non seulement au coll\u00e8ge. L&#8217;alg\u00e8bre aide les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 envisager des relations entre les quantit\u00e9s, \u00e0 mod\u00e9liser, \u00e9tablir des pr\u00e9dictions, g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser, justifier, communiquer, articuler des id\u00e9es, etc.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pourquoi est-il si important de d\u00e9velopper la pens\u00e9e alg\u00e9brique des \u00e9l\u00e8ves de primaire ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parce que l&#8217;enseignement actuel des math\u00e9matiques en primaire provoque par la suite des difficult\u00e9s dans l&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;alg\u00e8bre au coll\u00e8ge, et ces difficult\u00e9s entra\u00eenent un rejet de l&#8217;alg\u00e8bre qui, trop souvent, s&#8217;\u00e9tend aux math\u00e9matiques dans leur ensemble. On aborde g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&#8217;alg\u00e8bre pendant les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es du coll\u00e8ge. On consid\u00e8re que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de primaire ne sont pas pr\u00eats \u00e0 passer de la pens\u00e9e concr\u00e8te \u00e0 la pens\u00e9e abstraite. Cependant, de nombreux chercheurs, dont je fais partie, ont observ\u00e9 que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de primaire ont des capacit\u00e9s naturelles de raisonnement qui permettent de d\u00e9velopper la pens\u00e9e alg\u00e9brique. La pens\u00e9e alg\u00e9brique est donc implicite chez eux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plusieurs courants sont n\u00e9s de ces observations, en particulier celui d&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.revista-educacion-matematica.org.mx\/descargas\/vol33\/1\/06_REM_33-1.pdf\"><em>early algebra<\/em> ou alg\u00e8bre pr\u00e9coce<\/a>, qui recommande de commencer \u00e0 aborder l&#8217;alg\u00e8bre d\u00e8s l&#8217;\u00e9cole primaire, voire en maternelle. Le but est de faciliter l&#8217;apprentissage de l&#8217;alg\u00e8bre et, essentiellement, de promouvoir une fa\u00e7on de pens\u00e9e et d&#8217;agir avec les objets, les relations et les structures math\u00e9matiques, en vue d&#8217;un enseignement plus exhaustif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Plusieurs approches sont propos\u00e9es pour introduire l&#8217;alg\u00e8bre et la pens\u00e9e alg\u00e9brique \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole primaire. <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ui1.es\/blog-ui1\/el-metodo-singapur-para-el-aprendizaje-de-las-matematicas\"><strong>L&#8217;arithm\u00e9tique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, les relations, les fonctions, les \u00e9quations, les g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisations, le langage alg\u00e9brique, les transformations, la mod\u00e9lisation, la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes, etc.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous nous trouvons actuellement au c\u0153ur d&#8217;un processus de recherche tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant sur les diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res d&#8217;introduire la pens\u00e9e alg\u00e9brique d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de scolarisation. Il n&#8217;y a pas d&#8217;approche unique, mais il existe un consensus g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur le fait que l&#8217;alg\u00e8bre en primaire doit aller au-del\u00e0 du symbolisme alg\u00e9brique des chiffres et des lettres. Mes recherches se concentrent sur deux approches li\u00e9es l&#8217;une \u00e0 l&#8217;autre : la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de patrons et la pens\u00e9e fonctionnelle. Pour de nombreux chercheurs, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation est l&#8217;essence de l&#8217;alg\u00e8bre et le moyen le plus efficace d&#8217;y initier les enfants. G\u00e9n\u00e9raliser consiste \u00e0 passer du particulier au g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et \u00e0 voir le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans le particulier. En ce qui concerne la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de patrons, elle consiste \u00e0 observer une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 commune \u00e0 plusieurs termes d&#8217;une s\u00e9quence et \u00e0 \u00e9tendre cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble des termes de ladite s\u00e9quence. L&#8217;approche fonctionnelle se rapporte quant \u00e0 elle au d\u00e9veloppement de situations de la vie r\u00e9elle dans lesquelles les relations quantitatives peuvent s&#8217;expliquer \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de fonctions. Ainsi, la pens\u00e9e fonctionnelle est centr\u00e9e sur la construction, la description, le raisonnement et la repr\u00e9sentation entre des quantit\u00e9s qui covarient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Que signifie <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.academia.edu\/40262720\/%C3%81lgebra_escolar_y_pensamiento_algebraico_aportes_para_el_trabajo_en_el_aula\"><strong>penser math\u00e9matiquement, comme l&#8217;assure Vergel<\/strong><\/a><strong>, et qu&#8217;est-ce que cela apporte \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tudiant ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#8217;apr\u00e8s Mason, Burton et Stacey, penser math\u00e9matiquement implique de concevoir les math\u00e9matiques davantage comme un processus, que comme un produit. Plus comme un ensemble d&#8217;id\u00e9es que comme des r\u00e9sultats exacts. Leur objectif est de montrer comment aborder chaque probl\u00e8me, autrement dit, comment l&#8217;affronter d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re efficace, en apprenant de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience. En d&#8217;autres termes, penser math\u00e9matiquement revient \u00e0 appliquer la connaissance math\u00e9matique pour comprendre les relations existant dans l&#8217;environnement, les quantifier, raisonner sur elles, les repr\u00e9senter et les communiquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De cette mani\u00e8re, un \u00e9tudiant pense math\u00e9matiquement s&#8217;il est capable d&#8217;appliquer les math\u00e9matiques \u00e0 son environnement et d&#8217;utiliser ses connaissances math\u00e9matiques comme un outil pour d\u00e9crire le monde et y \u00e9voluer efficacement. En d&#8217;autres termes, l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve pense math\u00e9matiquement s&#8217;il reconna\u00eet les applications des math\u00e9matiques dans divers domaines et les utilise pour comprendre des situations et r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Et le professeur ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette nouvelle conception des math\u00e9matiques repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi pour les enseignants et leurs formateurs, qui doivent r\u00e9envisager ce qu&#8217;est l&#8217;enseignement. Nous devons d\u00e9velopper chez nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves des capacit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9rant une pens\u00e9e math\u00e9matique qui leur permet de faire face \u00e0 des situations quotidiennes et de r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ne plus avoir peur des math\u00e9matiques<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comment parvenir \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, ind\u00e9pendamment de leur \u00e9tape \u00e9ducative, n&#8217;aient plus \u00ab&nbsp;peur&nbsp;\u00bb des math\u00e9matiques ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je crois que la peur des math\u00e9matiques est fortement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la peur de l&#8217;\u00e9chec. Cette peur de l&#8217;\u00e9chec produit chez l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve un manque de confiance, une faible estime de soi et des blocages interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s comme des limitations, ce qui d\u00e9bouche trop souvent sur un rejet des math\u00e9matiques. L&#8217;\u00e9chec nous ram\u00e8ne de nouveau aux manques dont nous parlions plus t\u00f4t. Ainsi, afin que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves n&#8217;aient plus peur des math\u00e9matiques, nous devons surmonter les d\u00e9ficiences de l&#8217;enseignement-apprentissage des math\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alors, que faire ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous devons proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une r\u00e9novation m\u00e9thodologique dans laquelle, \u00e0 l&#8217;aide des m\u00e9thodologies actives, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves seront au centre de leur apprentissage et construiront leurs propres connaissances. Nous devons adapter le programme aux besoins des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et \u00e0 la situation actuelle, et par-dessus tout, nous devons offrir aux enseignants, qui doivent \u00eatre les v\u00e9ritables artisans du changement, des programmes de formation et de perfectionnement. Ce sont eux qui mettront en pratique les nouvelles m\u00e9thodologies. Ils pourront en outre concevoir des t\u00e2ches et activit\u00e9s proches des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, qui les motivent, qui abordent les math\u00e9matiques d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re agr\u00e9able et amusante, qui \u00e9veillent leur int\u00e9r\u00eat et leur transmettent finalement un amour et une passion pour les math\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alberto
