The students pursuing their last year in the degree programmes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchceu.es\/estudios\/grado\/publicidad-relaciones-publicas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Advertising and Public Relations<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uchceu.es\/grado\/comunicacion-audiovisual\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Audiovisual Communication<\/a> at CEU UCH have demonstrated that they know how to join forces to design and realise <strong>high quality creative campaigns<\/strong>. The opportunity came in the form of a joint exercise arranged for the students in the courses of <em>Creaci\u00f3n y Realizaci\u00f3n Publicitaria en soportes audiovisuales<\/em> (Advertising) and <em>Realizaci\u00f3n Publicitaria<\/em> (Audiovisual Communication). You feel lost. It is complicated also socially: even though our children don\u2019t have features that identify them, which is something that many times helps them go unnoticed, sometimes people will give you looks and make condemning remarks, because our children don\u2019t act how children their age are expected to,\u201d said <strong>Beatriz Perell\u00f3<\/strong>, delegate of the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Association in Valencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The delegate continued on the importance of initiatives like that of CEU UCH \u201cwhich make communication agencies available to associations with little resources\u201d. \u201cOn one hand,\u201d explained Beatriz Perell\u00f3, \u201cwe put out a lot of professional advertisements that will help us make the syndrome known, and, on the other, I believe that this experience will give the students priceless <strong>human training<\/strong>, as it educates them on other realities that are not so far from them themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Creating for Coolway Freestyle<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In addition to participating in this <strong>learning initiative<\/strong>, the creative young people of CEU UCH have had the opportunity to try their talents in a commercial firm. Specifically with the footwear brand Coolway Freestyle, which briefed them about a commission to create an audiovisual piece for social networks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cI think that it\u2019s a good initiative for the students, as they get to work with the <strong>real needs<\/strong> of a company, and for us, as we get to observe how they understand the brand, the product, and how these young people interpret all that we want to tell,\u201d says <strong>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Navas<\/strong>, from the \u201cHype Department\u201d of Coolway Freestyle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Navas, also a former student of Advertising at CEU UCH, affirms that the company is very satisfied with the works of the students. \u201cWe were very pleasantly surprised with the <strong>technical quality<\/strong> of some of the proposals, and also with the distinct interpretations of what we had told we wanted to convey. In the event of not using the winning work, it\u2019s more about the stylistic matters of the final work, which has to be coherent with what we are launching, than about the quality,\u201d he explains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Navas advises the students of Advertising and Audiovisual Communication of CEU UCH to treat the course work \u201cas if they were<strong> commissions for clients<\/strong>. It\u2019s a way to familiarise themselves with the reality that awaits them and at the same time to make a portfolio. The first prize went to\u00a0the team of <strong>Carlos Kronborg<\/strong>, <strong>Paula Aleixandre<\/strong>, <strong>Merche Brieva<\/strong>, and <strong>Bego\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez<\/strong> (Audiovisual Communication) and <strong>Erik Casamayor<\/strong>, <strong>Francesc Planes<\/strong>, <strong>Erik Ruiz<\/strong>, <strong>Beatriz Maicas<\/strong>, <strong>Jonathan Sendra<\/strong>, and <strong>Alejandro Ant\u00f3n<\/strong>, from Advertising and Public Relations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The second prize went to <strong>Clara Cervera<\/strong>, <strong>Samuel Rivera<\/strong>, <strong>Carla Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>V\u00edctor Salvador<\/strong>, and <strong>Pablo Ram\u00f3n<\/strong> (Advertising) and <strong>Pilar Garc\u00eda Llopis<\/strong>, <strong>Irene Sigrid Medrano<\/strong>, <strong>Claudia G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, <strong>Mariana Bravo<\/strong>, <strong>Irene Boned<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>Enrique Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong>, from Audiovisual Communication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Coolway gave a honorable mention to <strong>Azucena Arizo<\/strong>, <strong>Elena Dom\u00e9nech<\/strong>, <strong>Paula Ferre<\/strong>, and <strong>Camila Oppel<\/strong> (Advertising) as well as to <strong>Manuel Aza\u00f1a<\/strong>, <strong>Borja Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, <strong>Jes\u00fas Ponce<\/strong>, <strong>Javier Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>Francisco Carrasco<\/strong>, and <strong>Borja Pedrajas<\/strong>, from Audiovisual Communication.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>They have done it again.
