International students complete their training in Customer Relationship Marketing at a ceremony held at the Palacio de Colomina

CEU Cardenal Herrera University celebrated the graduation of the 4th Cohort of the MERCURI European Master in Customer Relationship Marketing at the Palacio de Colomina in Valencia. The 10 graduating students, coming from 6 countries including China, Brazil and, of course, several European countries, are: Kamila Bieda; Melissa D’Ávila Prado; Clemence Fleury; Agata Grzybowska; Lukas Höfling; Wai Yin Usilaner Li; Mathieu Muñoz; Elisa Margot Querné-Dupuy; Aleksandra Strzała; and Hamza Zahoui, who was unable to attend in person.

The Vice Dean highlighted the resilience and personal commitment it had taken for them to move to a new country, work in international teams and manage demanding projects and simulations. But “today they are prepared to contribute in areas such as client relationship management, marketing, media and communications, consumer research, advertising, public relations and entrepreneurship,” she noted. During this time — Laura Fernández pointed out — the students “have deepened their understanding of consumer behaviour, relational marketing, digital and data-driven marketing, European economics and law, as well as research methods and consumer psychology. Along the way, they have developed both technical and soft skills, such as teamwork, communication, intercultural competence and leadership.”

The ceremony also featured an address by Stephane Ganasalli, Master’s programme advisor, who spoke to the graduates on behalf of all the faculty members, encouraging the students in their future professional endeavours.

This Master’s programme is taught entirely in English and is delivered jointly by four partner universities in Poland, France, Germany and Spain. Each semester, students relocate to a different country, adapting to new academic and cultural environments, thereby demonstrating that they are open-minded, flexible individuals ready to pursue international careers.

More than 50 people attended the event, including family members, friends and students from the 5th and 6th cohorts of the Mercuri programme.  The celebration dinner was held at the Atic Alameda Restaurant in Valencia.
